Congrats to Charlie whose talent and skill in the kitchen here have earned her a highly commended at this year's PubChef Food Excellence Awards, some of the industry's most hotly contested!  Charlie excelled in the seafood category, wowing the judges with the fantastic aroma, flavour and presentation of her dish, which is a firm favourite here at the pub too!
